Download button not working (Fusebox 1.0)

The download option is a feature of the Pro subscription only. If you are on a Free subscription and want to learn more about the differences between Free and Pro, go here.


Troubleshooting the Download Button

If your download button isn't working, there are a couple of things you can try.

1. First, if you're using SoundCloud, make sure your tracks are enabled for download in your SoundCloud account. To do that, follow the instructions in this article to make sure that Enable downloads is set on your tracks:

Then, go to  Settings -> Fusebox Player -> Advanced and click the Clear Cache button. Then reload the page where the player is hosted on your site.

2. If that doesn't work, or you're not using SoundCloud to host your episodes, follow the instructions in this article under the Download Method section:
