View or Change Your Subscription

If you'd like to view the details of your subscription: You'll need to log in to your Fusebox account. Here's how to do that:

  1. Go to and login.
  2. If you've already set up an account with a password for the email address you used to purchase the player, log in with your email address and password.
  3. If you haven't set a password for this email address, click on Forgot your password? then follow the instructions to set your login credentials.

If you'd like to change your subscription from monthly to annual, or vice versa: Go to How Do I Change My Subscription from Monthly to Annual?

If you'd like to update your payment information: Go to How Do I Update My Payment Information?
